Once we have shipped your item, you will e-mail you the tracking number. All packages MUST be signed for at pickup. If no-one is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package and resend to your home again 1-2 times. If you are still not at home, they may return the package to us. We will offer the postage for return. In this case, however, you will need to pay the shipping cost for us posting the item to you again.
Once you have received your gown, please unpack it and hang it up to allow any creases to fall out. If the gown is showing wrinkles, hang it in your bathroom and run the hot water in the bath or shower for several minutes until the wrinkles fall out. However, be sure to keep the gown away from any direct contact with the water. For smaller wrinkles, you may simply try holding a steam iron near the gown, releasing steam into the air next to it, but never bring the iron in direct contact with the fabric. Alternatively, you could take it to be professionally done at a place that specialises in steaming and cleaning gowns.
Return Procedures
We understand that Wedding Planning can be very stressful. We therefore offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee on all items (counting the day received).
We encourage you to not to wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the transaction.
We do not accept returns on special orders, plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as custom made or your own design gown.
- All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
- All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.
- You must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning your item. The RAN must be visible on the outside of the returned box.
- Returns are only accepted with a shipping tracking number provided to us via email or phone within the time mentioned above. Returned items must be addressed to the associated address of the Return Authorization Number.
- Any Returns or Exchanges without a Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.All returned gowns will have a 20% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown.
Refunds are issued using the same method by which payment was made.

www.OoLaLaDresses.com will not be responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
Exchange
Your may exchange any online purchase to us within 3 days of receipt. Exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges. All exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any free shipping only applies to the original purchase. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Return merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must not have snags, rips, make-up stains, foul odors such as cigarette smoke or other damages or the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense. When returned merchandise passes inspection, we will ship the exchange dress to you and send an email to you with your new tracking number for the new shipment.
Please note all clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been processed then you may cancel without any fee. All processed orders are subject to the Standard Return/Exchange Policy.
