What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards.  You may use Google Checkout or pay using Paypal's Payment Gateway.  It is not necessary to have a Paypal account in order to make your secured credit card payments. You will be given an opportunity to make your choice close to the end of the checkout process BEFORE committing to payment.

All payments are handled by Google Checkout or by Paypal Payment Gateway.  We, at my myiriehome.com, are at no time, in possession of your personal financial data.

Do I get any discount if my purchase is in a larger quantity?  YES, you will.  The rate of your discount varies depending on the quantity of your order and the promotion we offer at the time of your purchase.  Please Contact Us for further information regarding larger orders.

What can I do if I don't like the dresses that I have received?  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 3 days of the date of the receipt as determined by the delivery carrier.  Please see our Store Policy for more details.

How can you sell the best quality products at such low prices?  With our online boutique, our overhead is low.  We can therefore pass on some of that savings to our customers and therefore are able to afford to provide you with the best quality dresses at some of the lowest prices anywhere in the world.

How long will it take to complete my wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, evening gown, prom or cocktail dress?  Most of our dresses can be completed and shipped out to you within 3 weeks, some much sooner.  We are always committed to bringing you the desired work within the shortest time possible without compromising the quality. Once you receive your dress, we are positive you will be very pleased with the quality.

What if I need this dress in less than 3 weeks, can you accommodate me? If you have an urgent request, please contact us prior to placing your order.  We will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your request.  We will let you know ahead of time whether this is possible at that time.  Thank you for your understanding.

What do I have to do to buy my wedding gown, bridesmaid dress, evening gown, prom or cocktail dress?  The process is quite simple.  Select the dress you desire. Then, select the size of the dress.  If you fall between sizes, then it may be advisable to order your dress custom sized.   Then, when applicable, select the colour.  Add the dress to your order cart. You can now go to the checkout or continue shopping.   If you are having your dress custom made, please provide the necessary information as stated on the dress in question. That is all really.

We will then send you a confirmation email telling you exactly what you have ordered, and giving you a chance to change or to correct your order if necessary.

Your dresses can be completed and shipped out in approximately 3 weeks following receipt of your cleared payment, most times sooner.

What happens if there is a problem with the dress?  We endeavour to make sure everything will be perfect for you.  However, should you encounter a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best and take pride in exceeding expectations.
